Session 1 - The Sunshine Set
The twenty-minute sunshine set wakes the body and mind from top to toe. Sadie and Frances’ invigorating yoga flow is dedicated to their life long teachers and fellow yogis.
Some previous yoga experience preferable.
Session 2 - The Happy Heart.
A fifteen minute no equipment yoga / pilates / gym fitness training to tone up and wake up a happy heart. Listen to your body, your mind and your heart and join in with Sadie and Frances, only if it feels right for you.
Session 3 - The Bed Bug
The four-minute Bed Bug practice for those lazy nights or those tender mornings when you just can’t get that body out of bed.
The Bed Bug Practice revitalizes stiff joints and aching backs and clears your bed head for a productive day or a good night’s sleep.
Session 4 - Stretch & Smile
A four-minute warm up to ease your muscles before working out or to cool down afterwards.
